- For an exchange or a credit request, the return postage expenses are 100% free for the countries below:
France (except Dom-Tom) - Germany - Austria – Belgium – Spain – Ireland – Italy – Luxembourg – Holland – Portugal - In the case of a refund request, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For the others countries, the return postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
- You can exercise your right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of your order.
- Please note that after 2 returns for exchange for articles from the same order, the delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
Please put the packing list or the number of the order inside the parcel.
We would like to underline that the returned article(s) must be in perfect condition, never have been worn and be in their original packaging.
