- ⦁ For an exchange or a refund, the return postage expenses are 100% freefor the countries bellow:
- France (except Dom-Tom) - Germany - Austria – Belgium – Spain – Ireland – Italy – Luxembourg – Holland – Portugal – United-Kingdom
From Your Account page of our website, select Order History and details. click on the relevant order to make a return request. When we receive your request, we’ll send you a transport label by email to use for the return of your article(s).
- ⦁ For the others countries, the return postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
- ⦁ You can exercise your right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of your order.
- ⦁ Please note that after 2 returns for exchange for articles from the same order, the delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
We would like to underline that the returned article(s) must be in perfect condition, never have been worn and be in their original packaging.
